"T&C" story

It all started around 40 years ago when, accompanied by my father and my 2 grandfathers, I started fishing in the waters of Burgundy and the Nord-Pas de Calais region.

All 4 of us left very early in the morning to be ready to fish at daybreak. Later, the rest of the family joined us with my cousins and my aunts for the picnic.

We fished all comers, mainly in lakes and ponds; roach, gudgeon, tench, bream, carp, and predators, pike, zander, perch. Sometimes we had the unpleasant surprise of catching catfish, already!

I have wonderful memories of his moments of conviviality, mutual assistance, precision in setting up his line and finding the levels where the fish were swimming.

Later, fishing became a passion!

Very quickly, I turned to "the carp", a powerful, clever fish, for which you always had to show ingenuity to succeed in catching it.

So, I went alone, sometimes accompanied by friends, to fish in magnificent corners of France, first in lakes, then more and more often in rivers.

I first fished the banks, like everyone else, and very quickly, I felt the need to explore several spots during the same session. Equipped with 2 small inflatable boats, I set up and dismantled my camp to survey the areas. It was tedious and terribly time-consuming.

Then came the idea of fishing on the water to be free from my fishing, by covering not only the areas I wanted, but also by limiting the equipment necessary for fishing from the banks. So I decided to fish in a cabin boat for more freedom and to be able to more easily track the carp by following their movements.

And today, from this new mode of fishing, I am setting out to make my passion my professional activity.

I am Ludovic, I am 52 years old and I have been carp fishing for over 30 years.
